:: Back to the roots

After crafting the whole day, I'm not always in the mood to spend more time in the kitchen to prepare dinner.
So roots are the fuss free optionn. Easy, healthy and delicious.
Just get some roots, like celeriac, beetroots, Rüben, carrots. Peel and slice them, everything goes in the oven. Forget about them for ca. 40 min, than enjoy a leckeres, yummy, hot meal. Perfect day. Good night.
